I have been training and trialling gundogs for over 30 years. I  had several FTW's before making by bitch Lakedown Damsel of Longcopse into FTCh. She competed in the Retriever Championship's on 3 separate occasions. She was a naturally gifted dog who produced two FTW's, Longcope Oak and Longcopse Neptune. I have since made Longcopse Bertie into a FTCh. Bertie qualified for the Retriever Championship in 2011 and 2012. His progeny have proved very succesful in field trials, working tests and shooting companions. Sadly, he is no longer available for stud.
